These last several years have been an interesting journey… hectic at times (most of the time), emotionally-consuming to say the least, but all in all, extremely rewarding. In my first couple of years studying naturopathic medicine at CCNM, I quickly realized the importance of finding a creative outlet in which to focus my external energies. For me, it was all about finding that balance and I’ve seemed to have found one between the yin and yang in my life: naturopathic medicine and photography. Photography started out as a hobby… and then quickly developed further into a passion. I created this blog to channel that passion and archive my journey as a photographer.

I want to give so many thanks to my family and friends who have always been incredibly supportive - some by even taking a chance on my ever-growing skills. And to Graham: Your words of encouragement and constructive feedback have allowed me to develop over the years to be where I am today… this all started with you and I love you for it!

Naturopathic medicine? Well… it is who I am. It is yet another part of my life that makes me whole. There’s very little that is more rewarding than having the opportunity to empower individuals and help them realize that they can make immense improvements and live healthier lives. And to be honest, being a naturopathic doctor keeps me on my toes and motivates me to live better in all aspects of my own life!

For those who have visited my blog: I hope I have done justice to this passion in showing you what it all means to me and that you will come back time and time again to share in these experiences together.
